Clinical Lead Perinatal Mental Health for SMABS,
Perinatal Mental Health Pathway Lead and Principle Psychological Therapist
Specialist Mother and Baby Mental Health Service

Lisa is the clinical lead for the Specialist Mother and Baby Mental Health Service, the specialist perinatal mental health service, and perinatal mental health pathway lead across Bradford District Foundation Care Trust. This includes promoting the parent-infant relationship, assessment, interventions and evaluation impact. Lisa heads perinatal and infant mental health at Bradford District NHS Care Trust for the 1001 Best Days Act as One, across place.
She oversees project management, developing referral pathways, standards and protocols across district, reviewing services, audit and evaluation.
Working in a diverse area, Lisa takes a lead on the equity of access and service experience for the specialist perinatal mental health service.
She has developed health promotional resources including ‘Ready to Relate’, ‘Just Had A Baby’ booklets, ‘New Baby, New Feelings’, ‘Mum and me’, ‘Soothing yourself’.
Importantly, Lisa is also able to provide training, support, supervision and consultation to professionals including Midwives, Health Visitors, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Care and Family Support Practitioners.
